How to send bulk WhatsApp messages

  1. 1Create a free account. Sign up for Wamaxify FREE — no card required.
  2. 2Connect your WhatsApp. Open Connect and scan the QR code with WhatsApp → Linked Devices → Link a Device. You only scan once per number.
  3. 3Import your contacts. Upload a CSV or Excel file with a phone-number column, or paste your list. Extra columns become {placeholders}.
  4. 4Write and personalise. Compose your message with {Name} and custom fields, or let AI (PRO) reword it uniquely per recipient.
  5. 5Send at a safe pace. Set randomised delays and a daily limit, then start. Wamaxify paces sends to look natural and protect your number.

Getting started

What is Wamaxify?+

Wamaxify is a free bulk WhatsApp sender that runs entirely in your browser. You connect your own WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code, import your contacts, and send personalised messages to many people at once — with no app or extension to install.

How do I connect my WhatsApp number?+

Go to Connect in your dashboard and scan the QR code from your phone under WhatsApp → Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device. It takes about 15–30 seconds the first time and stays linked afterwards.

Do I need to install anything?+

No. Wamaxify is 100% browser-based — there is no desktop app and no Chrome extension. It works on desktop and mobile browsers.

How do I import contacts?+

Upload a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file that has a Mobile/Number/Phone column, or paste contacts as "Name, Number" lines. Any other columns (Name, company, city…) become {placeholders} for personalisation.

Sending safely

Will my WhatsApp number get banned?+

Any automation on WhatsApp carries some risk. Wamaxify reduces it with randomised delays and a responsible daily limit, and we recommend messaging only people who expect to hear from you. A safe starting volume is around 50–100 messages a day, warming up gradually.

How does personalisation work?+

Use {Name} or any column from your import as a {placeholder}. On the Pro AI plan, Wamaxify can also rewrite each message uniquely so no two recipients get identical text — which reads more naturally and performs better.

Is Wamaxify affiliated with WhatsApp?+

No. Wamaxify is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms. You are responsible for following WhatsApp’s Terms of Service.

Plans & billing

What do the plans cost?+

Wamaxify FREE is $0/year (1 number, no AI). Wamaxify Pro AI is $30/year (1 number, AI rewriting). Wamaxify Pro+ AI is $50/year (up to 5 numbers, run campaigns in parallel, all AI features).

What is the difference between Pro AI and Pro+ AI?+

Pro AI adds AI message rewriting and drafting on a single number. Pro+ AI includes everything in Pro AI plus up to five connected WhatsApp numbers and the ability to run campaigns from them simultaneously.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Plans are billed annually and you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. See our Refund Policy for details.

AI features

Which AI models does Wamaxify support?+

You bring your own key for Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude in AI Settings. Wamaxify uses it to rewrite and draft messages — your key stays yours.

Do I need AI to use Wamaxify?+

No. The FREE plan sends fully personalised campaigns using merge fields. AI is an optional upgrade for unique per-recipient wording.
